I did some searching on this topic and came up with some really complicated methods. So, I'll share how I'm doing it right now.
Go here
Download and install the tool.
Download the Win7 iso.
Run the tool pointing it to your iso and then your USB stick.
Go grab some coffee*.
Start the target machine with the USB stick in it.
* indicates an optional step.
